Are you a school monitor?
You are often the first people to know that a centre is short on hours —before the management tells the families. And you are often the last to know how many have been assigned. Here they are.

Each file contains the weekly funded hours for the last four courses and the link to the official PDF.
Why this affects you
The published hours are those that the Departament funds for the centre, calculated with the monitor module: €450.00 per weekly hour and school year. In concerted centres, the ownership hires the staff directly and must justify the expenditure every September before the Direcció General de Centres Concertats, with a "declaration of the number of weekly hours contracted". Centres that justify less than they have received appear in the retentions annex of the resolution of the following year.
Starting the course without knowing the hours is not normal
The Government has declared to the Parlament that "monitoring hours are initially assigned during the month of July" and that the Comissions d'ordenació educativa make the "definitive assignment for the start of the course". If you still do not know by September, it is not because it "is not known": it is because it has not been communicated to you. CGT Ensenyament denounced this on September 3, 2026: "outsourced and precarious monitors who, five days before starting the course, still do not know the hours or the centre where they will work".
