Criticism of inclusive school management
Family associations of public centers have expressed their discontent regarding the time spent addressing the issue of the inclusive school, describing this situation as the ‘30 minutes’.
This dissatisfaction occurs within a context where child accompaniment is key. According to the dossier, Annex 4, which contains the Protocol for evaluating complementary support needs, is the basis for calculating these supports through a scoring system of up to 81 points.
The reality of hour allocation is complex. The Ombudsman's report from January 2025 indicates that, despite an overall increase of 15.5% in hours, 23.2% of centers (466 out of 2,011) saw their allocation reduced.
